Just Peptides is a reseller of research-grade peptides. We do not synthesize, manufacture, or produce peptides ourselves. We source from established established manufacturers, independently test every batch through US-based laboratories before it enters inventory, and supply the resulting Certificate of Analysis with every order.

We make no claims regarding the safety, efficacy, or suitability of any product for any use other than authorized in vitro laboratory research.

Our products are sold strictly for in vitro research purposes. By completing a purchase, you represent and warrant that:

• You are 21 years of age or older.
• You are a qualified researcher, scientist, or acting on behalf of a licensed research institution or controlled laboratory environment.
• You understand the health and safety hazards associated with handling these products.
• You possess the knowledge, equipment, and facilities necessary to handle these materials safely.
• You will use the products solely for lawful, non-clinical, non-human, and non-veterinary research purposes.
• You will not administer these products to any human being or animal, either directly or indirectly, under any circumstances.
• You understand that these products are not dietary supplements, pharmaceuticals, food additives, drugs, cosmetics, or medical devices.
• You understand that these products are not certified or guaranteed to be on the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) inventory and you assume sole responsibility for verifying their status for your intended use.
• You will comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations governing the purchase, storage, handling, and use of research chemicals in your jurisdiction.
• You will verify all relevant hazards, warn all personnel involved in handling or transporting these products (including freight handlers) of applicable risks, and follow all safety instructions.
• You warrant that these products will not be misbranded, adulterated, or used in violation of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act.

Any purchase made in violation of these conditions voids all warranties and exposes the purchaser to sole legal liability. Just Peptides expressly disclaims all responsibility for any misuse of its products.

The statements made on this website have not been evaluated by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Products sold by Just Peptides are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Just Peptides is a chemical supplier and is not a compounding pharmacy or an outsourcing facility as defined under Sections 503A or 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or other error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order before fulfillment. If your payment has already been processed, we will issue a full refund.

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear to be placed for non-research or prohibited purposes. Placing an order does not charge you automatically — after you submit an order, we will send you an invoice with payment instructions. Your order is processed and shipped once that invoice is paid.

By submitting payment you confirm you are the authorized holder of the payment method used and that the billing information you provide is accurate. Incorrect billing information may delay order processing.

Applicable sales tax will be charged based on your state's laws. For orders shipped to locations where we do not collect tax, you are solely responsible for any applicable local taxes or import duties.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation, though processing times may vary. Risk of loss passes to the purchaser upon handoff to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

If a product is out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly. You may cancel the order for a full refund at any time before it ships.

It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that import, receipt, and possession of research peptides is lawful in their jurisdiction. Just Peptides makes no representations regarding the legality of these products outside the United States.

Due to the nature of research chemicals and the necessity of maintaining chain-of-custody integrity, we do not accept returns of opened or reconstituted products.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a compromised vial seal, contact us within 7 days of receipt at contact@justpeptides.store with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Just Peptides and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, handling, possession, use, or misuse of any product — whether used alone or in combination with other substances — or from your reliance on any information provided on this website.

In no event shall our total liability to you for any claim exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Just Peptides and its principals from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these terms, misuse of our products, or violation of any applicable law or regulation.
